Fan Party! User Terms and Conditions Waiver

Welcome to Fan Party! operated by Rock Star Dreams, LLC ("Fan Party!"). By registering as a user on our platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions. 1. Hosting and Performing Shows

By accepting these terms and conditions, you acknowledge that Fan Party! is a platform that connects users, including hosts and artists, for the purpose of booking and organizing events and shows. You accept full responsibility and liability for any shows or events you host or perform through Fan Party!.

2. Waiver of Liability

By accepting these terms and conditions, you agree to waive any and all claims against Fan Party!, its affiliates, employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives for any liability, including but not limited to:

• Lost revenue
• Damage to artist, host, or venue property
• Damage to equipment or gear
• Damage to personal belongings
• Defamation
• Personal injury
• Death

3. No Legal Action

You agree not to file any lawsuit, claim, or legal action against Fan Party!, its affiliates, employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives for any reason whatsoever related to your use of the platform, including any shows or events you host or perform. You acknowledge that Fan Party! is a third-party booking platform, and you accept full responsibility for your actions and decisions.

4. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Fan Party!, its affiliates, employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives harmless from any claims, demands, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of Fan Party! and any shows or events you host or perform through the platform.

5. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Rock Star Dreams, LLC operates.

6. Changes to Terms and Conditions
